1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and jlace ("jlace," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of the website located at jlace.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your jlace account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on jlace. This age threshold is consistent with Philippine regulations governing casino-style gambling. jlace strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age and takes all reasonable measures to verify player age during registration and upon request.

By creating a jlace account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. If jlace has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the minimum age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Should verification fail, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits may be returned at jlace's sole discretion after deducting applicable processing fees.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by Filipino players and other players accessing from jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful. jlace reserves the right to restrict or refuse service to players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or where jlace determines, in its sole discretion, that continued service would create unacceptable legal or regulatory risk. 2.3 Disqualifying Circumstances

The following persons are not eligible to hold a jlace account:

• Employees, contractors, agents, or officers of jlace or its affiliated entities, and immediate family members of such persons;
• Persons who are subject to a self-exclusion order or have requested self-exclusion from jlace;
• Persons who have been excluded by jlace for prohibited conduct or terms violations;
• Persons who are legally prohibited from engaging in online gambling under applicable law.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Obligations

To access real-money services on jlace, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active jlace account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. jlace employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonus funds may be forfeited, and jlace reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlace login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jlace will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You must notify jlace support immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jlace is required to verify player identity as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent time jlace deems necessary, you may be required to provide copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and delay or refusal of withdrawal requests.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlace currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, and Landbank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. jlace reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Ownership of Payment Methods

All payment methods used to deposit funds into a jlace account must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from a payment method belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, the deposit may be reversed, associated funds withheld, and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jlace are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player. jlace bears no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

4.4 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your jlace account instantly. Bank transfer processing times vary and may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating bank. jlace is not responsible for delays attributable to payment service providers or banking institutions.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by jlace within the timeframes advertised on the Platform, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation or hold on your account. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your jlace account must be fully KYC verified;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before withdrawing bonus-derived funds;
• The withdrawal method must match a payment method previously used for deposit, where technically feasible;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account at the time of request.

5.3 Withdrawal Refusals

jlace reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided; (b) the account is subject to investigation for suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or terms violation; (c) the withdrawal would result in a negative account balance after reversal of bonuses; or (d) the request is inconsistent with responsible gaming limits set on the account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

jlace offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, time limits for meeting wagering requirements, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings.

Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before opting in or accepting a bonus. In cases of ambiguity, jlace's interpretation of its own promotional terms shall be final.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates by game category are set out in individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jlace employs systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of specific games or game features. jlace reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on jlace are provided by certified third-party game providers and use audited Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on independent laboratory testing. Individual game results are determined at the moment of play and are not influenced by jlace after the fact.

Game-specific rules are available within each game and via the relevant game provider's documentation. In the event of a conflict between jlace's general Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and jlace's general Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network error, or game error, any affected rounds or bets may be declared void at jlace's discretion. Winnings generated as a result of a verified game error will not be paid. jlace will endeavor to notify affected players of any such voidance promptly.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlace and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Cheating and fraud: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of cheating;
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform;
• Money laundering: Using jlace to conceal, transfer, or convert proceeds of crime;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with a bank or payment provider in bad faith;
• Identity fraud: Registering an account under a false identity or using another person's identity or payment method;
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one jlace account;
• Abusive behavior: Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward jlace staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jlace Content without jlace's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlace and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jlace has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jlace's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to jlace in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlace's liability for death or personal injury caused by jlace's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

jlace reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice where: (a) jlace reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) jlace is required to do so by law or regulatory direction; (c) the account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months; or (d) jlace determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a financial, reputational, or regulatory risk.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than prohibited conduct, jlace will return any undisputed balance remaining in the account to the Player via the Player's registered payment method, after deducting any applicable fees. Where an account is closed due to prohibited conduct or suspected fraud, funds may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, reported to relevant authorities.

Players may close their own jlace account at any time by contacting support. Responsible gaming-motivated closures will be processed promptly and self-exclusion protocols will be applied immediately.

13 Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data by jlace is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at jlace.cam/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. jlace processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law.

14 Amendments to Terms

jlace may modify these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, unless earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory directive. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through jlace's internal complaints procedure by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through that procedure within thirty (30) days, the parties may pursue resolution through applicable legal channels.

Complaints relating to jlace's gaming operations may be submitted in writing to our support team via email. jlace will acknowledge all complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and in good faith.
